Josblue is an effective acidic liquid detergent specifically formulated to remove scale build-up and to clean heat exchangers.

Flushing heat exchangers regularly with JosBlue will greatly increase the intervals at which the heat exchanger plate packs need to be removed for chemical cleaning. Depending on the amount of scale-forming material in the elution fluid it may be necessary to flush the heat exchangers after each strip.

JosBlue is available in 25 litre, 200 litre and 1000 litre containers.

LeachAid™ UL is a proprietary blend manufactured by LogiChem and sold worldwide by ConSep Pty Ltd. It is a dry product most commonly packed in easy-to-handle containers and is also available in bulk packaging.

The primary use for LeachAid™ is as a gold leach enhancer. LeachAid™ is used very effectively in intensive cyanidation reactors such as the Acacia Reactor built and installed by ConSep Pty Ltd.

Xanthates are used as flotation agents in mineral processing because they selectively link metal ore particles to air bubbles, this gives the precious metal, such as gold, buoyancy over the less valuable iron ore. The result allows the metal to be easily removed for further processing.

Xanthates are produced by the reaction of an alcohol with sodium or potassium hydroxide and carbon disulfide. The major xanthates produced worldwide include:
